1. I am a student. Why can’t I apply?
Currently, only current university or college students are eligible. Graduates cannot pass the verification.
2. I am a teacher. Why can’t I apply?
Currently, only teachers of relevant subjects in universities or colleges are supported. Teachers of unrelated subjects cannot pass the verification.
3. I meet the eligibility requirements but my verification failed. What should I do?
If the verification fails due to unclear documents, expired certificates, mismatched information, or other reasons, please resubmit as prompted. The company reserves the right of final interpretation.
4. How long does it take to complete the verification after submitting the documents?
The verification process typically takes 7–10 business days. The result will be notified via email or internal messaging.
5. Where can I download the FD Solutions software?
Please refer to the verification approval notice, which includes the software download link, or contact us for assistance.
6. Can I install the software on both my campus computer and home computer using the same account?
No. One account can only be used on a single computer. The account will be automatically bound to the device upon first login.
7. I changed hardware components such as CPU or GPU and now the software doesn’t work. How can I resolve this?
The software account is bound to the hardware information at the time of first installation. If hardware configuration changes, please contact us for assistance.
8. As a teacher, my 6-month education benefits are about to expire. What should I do to continue using the software?

9. Can education benefits be used for commercial projects?
No. Education benefits are for non-commercial use only, such as teaching and learning. For commercial projects, please purchase a formal commercial license.
