Exhibition Event | SimWorks Returns to CIOE Shenzhen, Product Iteration Wins Wide Acclaim
From September 9 to 11, 2026, the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2026) was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Shandong Guangfang brought its independently developed optoelectronic simulation software, SimWorks, to this grand event, showcasing it alongside more than 4,000 optoelectronic companies from around the world. With its continuously iterating product capabilities and accumulated industry-academia-research ecosystem, SimWorks received widespread acclaim from the industry.
Reuniting with Old Friends, Discussing Iteration Together
During this exhibition, old users such as HiSilicon Optoelectronics, Ebotech, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, Zhejiang University, and Westlake University visited the SimWorks booth, paying attention to the software's progress in version iteration, improvements in computational accuracy, and adaptation to complex scenarios. They also recognized the software's performance in catching up with international benchmarks in the field of optoelectronic simulation. This provided motivation for SimWorks to continue deepening its work in the field of optoelectronic simulation and advancing its technological refinement.
Gathering with New Friends, Exploring Cooperation Together
During the exhibition, the SimWorks team communicated with industry colleagues and discussed cooperation matters, achieving good connection results. At the enterprise level, representatives from optoelectronic-related companies such as Huawei, Yunling Photonics, Wuchuang Xinyan, and Huatian Huichuang visited to discuss the application of optoelectronic simulation technology in chip design, inverse design optimization, system verification, and other stages, as well as possibilities for cooperation such as industrial chain collaboration, laying the foundation for subsequent cooperation.
At the university level, teachers and students from multiple universities, including the Southern University of Science and Technology, Macau University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, and Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology, visited the booth and showed interest in the research and development progress of SimWorks software, its domestic adaptation capabilities, and its application and expansion in coursework practice.
